These terms govern your use of getubertips.com (the "Site"), operated by Archis Inc. DBA GetUberTips. By using the Site, submitting a form, or signing up for a word-of-mouth campaign, you agree to these terms.

What this site is

GetUberTips is an influencer-marketing service for local restaurants, cafes, and pubs. We recruit and vet rideshare drivers who personally recommend a participating business to passengers during real rides, using talking points the business approves. Every recommendation is geo-logged and validated by our system, and the business is charged only for promotions that are confirmed.

This Site describes the service and its word-of-mouth campaigns. It does not currently sell any course or other digital product.

The word-of-mouth campaign

A campaign is a fixed offer for local restaurants, cafes, and pubs: 400 personal recommendations of your business for $500, delivered by roughly 40 vetted local drivers over a 90-day period (about $1.25 per validated promotion). Early customers receive 20% off promotions; eligibility for the early-customer discount is confirmed by us at sign-up.

To join, you review the campaign terms and sign a letter of intent, and you approve the talking points drivers will use. GetUberTips handles driver onboarding, promotion delivery, validation, and reporting.

You are only charged for promotions our system validates as actually delivered. Promotions that are not delivered are not billed, and unused portions are refundable if you cancel with notice.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business and contact information, to answer questions about your talking points, and to use the campaign dashboard only for its intended purpose.

You are responsible for making sure your venue, and any claims you approve for drivers to share, comply with applicable law and are truthful.

No guarantee of results

The service is promotional in nature. We do not guarantee any specific number of customers, orders, visits, or revenue. Drivers make recommendations to passengers who are not obligated to act on them.

Recording and consent

Recommendations are recorded and logged so the business can verify delivery. Drivers are instructed to disclose recording, and our process is consent-based. We do not require passengers to provide personal information.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to access it in a way that could disable, overburden, or impair it, or scraping content without our permission.

Intellectual property

The Site, its branding, and its content are owned by Archis Inc. DBA GetUberTips and its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission.

Limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Archis Inc. DBA GetUberTips is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the campaign.

Changes

We may update these terms as the Site and the campaign evolve. Material changes will update the "Last updated" date above.
